Hey there, this crochet pattern was created by Canyon Castle!  It is super easy to follow and has numerous pictures to help you along the way.  This kind of crochet technique is called amigurumi crochet and that means we will maintain a tightish tension throughout the whole pattern to ensure that the stuffing in the Cacti will not show through or come out. 
 
(Overview)- First we will crochet the Papa Cactus, then the Mama Cactus, and finally the Baby Cactus.  Second we will add faces to the little family and sew a few colorful crocheted flowers onto all three.  Finally, we will crochet a dirt patch and glue it inside a ceramic pot and last of all we will sew the three Cacti to the dirt patch.  
 
To make this adorable family, use worsted weight yarn and a size 4mm or G crochet hook.  The Cactus Family, including the pot, measures a little over nine inches in height and four inches in width.  This crochet pattern is written in US terminology and is 30 pages long (don’t worry 24 of those pages are helpful pictures).  Have fun!!!
